A new menu is released every Sunday. Choose from fresh, balanced meals prepared for the week ahead. You’ll find a variety of options to keep your routine easy and enjoyable.

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Place your order by Thursday night (Toronto time). Most meals allow you to choose your protein and/or carb, so you can customize to your preferences.
Prefer not to customize? Our Pre-Set option includes 7 meals from the week, already selected for you. This option cannot be changed.Minimum order amount: $80.

DELIVERY & ENJOY

No shopping. No cooking. No cleaning. Just enjoy your meals. We deliver every Sunday, between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. In rare cases, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or road closures.
