        Ground Beef: beef, extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, onion, green bell pepper, black pepper, salt, herbs and spices.

        Mashed Potatoes: potatoes, 35% milk, butter, cream cheese, black pepper and salt.

        Garlic Broccoli: broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, black pepper and salt.

        Parsley.

        Meals Weight

        Our meals are individual servings intended for an adult. On average, our meals weigh about 400gr per dish.

        Upon receiving your delivery, choose the first 1-3 meals that you would like to enjoy first and refrigerate them, the remaining meals are best kept fresh by freezing them.

        We deliver on Sundays.

        Our delivery window is between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.
