        Spinach Sauce: Spinach, butter, extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, onion, cream cheese, 35% milk, corn starch, black pepper and salt.

        Rice: basmati rice, extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, black pepper and salt.

        Our meals are individual servings intended for an adult. On average, our meals weigh about 400gr per dish.

        Care Instructions

        Upon receiving your delivery, choose the first 1-3 meals that you would like to enjoy first and refrigerate them, the remaining meals are best kept fresh by freezing them.

        We deliver on Sundays.

        Our delivery window is between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.
